I paint all the time...Love your beautiful neutrals.<br />I paint all the time in the car and it certainly is possible and much more comfortable than freezing your butt off.. I have two ways to do it. <br />A tray on my lap - one of those with a cushion attached underneath. I push it forward and rest it on my lap AND the open glove compartment.<br /><br />OR...a modified tv tray. two legs for the front on the floor and the other two cut off and the top rests on my lap. I use a paint box with a lid which the painting rests in and has the palette part below it. OR...<br />Same tray with a painting carrier which acts like a table top easel. I have a separate paint palette for that which balances back on the open glove compartment. I place the palette in a pizza box to have in the car.<br />I have the solvent in a tall container which fits in the cup holder.
